About Us

Welcome to Western Saddlery – where tradition, craftsmanship, and quality come together.
I’m Al Zeigler, founder of Western Saddlery and a third-generation auctioneer with deep roots in the horse industry. Raised around horses and riding equipment, I understand exactly what riders need: dependable, high-quality gear at a fair price. That’s our mission – to provide durable, well-crafted horse tack without the inflated costs of big-name brands.

Craftsmanship You Can Trust
All of our products are made from premium-grade leather and built with stainless steel hardware for long-lasting performance. We take immense pride in the quality of our gear – so much so that I personally use the same products we offer here. They're tested on real rides by real riders – including friends, family, and countless satisfied customers across the United States.

A Personal Touch with Big Results
While we may not be a large corporation, our dedication to superior craftsmanship and personal service sets us apart. We work closely with our trusted manufacturer to ensure every item we sell meets our high standards for design, durability, and function.

Proudly Based in Woden, Iowa
Located in the heart of North Central Iowa, our small-town values are reflected in the way we do business: honest, responsive, and committed to customer satisfaction. We invite you to experience the difference yourself. Try our products, and see why more and more riders are making the switch to Western Saddlery.

Thank you for supporting a small business with a big commitment to quality. We look forward to earning your trust.
